An idea for the NBA

Here it is the finals once again, and sure enough the debate comes up as it does every year... who is the GOAT of the NBA.  

There are a bunch of different ways you can look at it and answer, but I am not going to get into that and debate it right now. 

Instead I have an idea that the NBA should be looking at. 

When I was growing up the NBA All Star game was one of the best things that I looked forward to every year and especially the slam dunk contest.  Well, now days, it is kind of boring as many of the dunks we have seen before. 

My proposal would be that the NBA should take every dunk that happens all year long (from the first game after the all star game straight through until th
